As a photographer for over 40 years it is nice to be able to focus on what I like to do rather than what I have to do. I like to flyfish and watch good dogs work whether it is hunting, training or in field trials.

   I appreciate the kind comments. I shoot more now with something I have fewer misses with, a camera. I have been a photographer for several years. All the dogs are the same breed. Go to www.stillwasserkennel.com - my son's site that I maintain, and look at the links page to learn more than you ever wanted to know about the breed. Click on the photoshow on the thumbnail of the first pup picture on the bottom left of the homepage. This is a pup that was six months old before Thanksgiving when he trailed the wounded deer in bow season. I understand the hunter was a very happy man when he saw the dead deer at the end of the 400 yards Buckshot trailed him.
