   Looks like the 2010 waterfowl season is getting off to a good start. There hasn't been any weather events yet, but new ducks are showing up. My son and his buds shot 20 ducks and three geese this morning in Michigan. Lots of gadwalls and pintails, which is unusual for western Michigan. He said there's lots of divers around already too.
   
   Headed to Lake McConaughy in NE tomorrow with the pontoon boat. Should be fun.

    I will be hunting in NE, CO and KS for sure this fall. I've already had some good dove shooting CO. There are a lot of pheasants in CO this year and I've seen quite a few birds in NE. Duck hunting promises to be fantastic on NE's Lake McConaughy this fall.
