The area definitely is filled with great hunting. The whitetail and turkeys are definitely dominating the river flats. The fish that I caught in that picture were caught in a lake about 50 miles or so northwest of Rep City. in a small lake that most people skip b/c there's a much larger lake about 5 miles from it. It was a bad day to be a Wiper in that lake.
